After extract, you’ll see the “Active.sav” file.
Copy or Cut the “Active.sav” file to

PUBG Mobile Korea/Japan Player, Copy/Cut to “Android / data / com.pubg.krmobile / files / UE4GAME / ShadowTrackerExtra / ShadowTrackerExtra / Saved / SaveGames / Paste and Replace Here”

Reboot your phone and enter the game

NOTE: Maybe the Korean voice set isn’t available when you looking at the inventory in PUBG Mobile Global or TW, but working perfectly when you play the match.
